About Mindful Heart
A quieter kind of support
Mindful Heart is a small, personal practice built on one idea: that people under real pressure deserve support that is gentle, practical and unhurried.
What Mindful Heart is
Mindful Heart offers mindfulness and wellness support for people navigating stress, chronic illness, emotional overwhelm and life transitions. Sessions are one to one, calm and led by what you need on the day.
There is no programme to keep up with and nothing to prove. We begin with where you actually are — including the tired days — and build from there in small, sustainable steps.
Everything is shaped by lived experience of chronic illness, so pacing, fatigue and unpredictability are simply part of how the work is designed.
