Most people who come to Mindful Heart have already tried to build a practice and found it did not survive real life. Usually the practice was simply too big.
Choose something you already do every day — filling the kettle, waiting for a screen to load, sitting down in the car. Attach one slow breath to it.
Small moments repeated often will steady you more than one long session you dread. Calm becomes something woven through the day rather than something you have to earn.
